My passion for helping others overcome fears, addictions, trauma and separation is even more relevant since 2020, with a knock-on impact socially, environmentally and economically, that has been compounded by digitalisation and media overload. Throughout history, in turbulent times, there are those who have survived and thrived by working from a strong compass of inner choice.    

The innovators and entrepreneurs may find novel ways to prosper against the odds, but the most radical shift is from a Victim to Creator state.There are so many choices we can make on a daily basis: how we direct our emotions, express character, show up in relationships, think independently, shape our environments and elevate others through a clear life vision.
