I'm trained as a teacher and I did an online coaching session with Sina to build my confidence for public speaking and pitching my business. I am an affiliate for a health products company and I'm preparing to set up my own business. Since our session three weeks ago, I have finished a draft of my business plan, planned my website; and I am running a CPD session at my school for staff on healthy work / life balance.

I would highly recommend Sina's hypnotherapy, which takes you back in time to understand the roots of what you are trying to overcome. I went to see Sina when I realised that drugs had been a big part of my life and I felt trapped in bad habits that I struggled to put a stop to. Her soothing voice, meaningful words and three sessions impacted and changed my lifestyle for the best.

Thank you Sina! I had two sessions of hypnosis and it was so calming and healing that I made up with family and a best friend ,and improved my work at college. I'm sleeping better and she did me a recording to listen on my phone and then when the anger issue was better we did a session on my study focus and my sleep.
