Face to Face & Online Sessions

You can book sessions with me at my regular clinics at Charterhouse in Marylebone, Bodyworks West in Notting Hill, or a therapy space in Covent Garden that is optimal for social distancing and privacy. All have waiting areas, receptionists, and excellent transport links. 

Hypnotherapy and coaching sessions via zoom or skype are popular, especially among young or super-busy people. I tend to prefer face-to-face  and yet virtual sessions allow me to reach clients anywhere in the world, with many people stating they feel just as much benefit. Virtual sessions are also good for periodic check in  and review.
